We have been exceeding our clients' expectations with our remodeling projects for more than thirty-six years because we have been up front; remodeling is an invasive procedure, and you will feel inconvenienced for a few days. Our customers tell us the finished result is well worth the bother. We do everything we can to minimize disruption in your home and your life. We lay down drop cloths and respect your property. However, we still must leave doors open while moving materials in, making your home colder in winter and warmer in summer. You have our promise that we are masters at curtailing the "downsides" of remodeling.

We go through a step-by-step selection process with you before ordering materials so you can be assured of the ideal bathroom, kitchen, or floor for you and your family. Obviously, samples are not the final materials that will be installed into your home. Be aware that natural materials such as stone, wood, and marble have natural imperfections. Be sure to ask your salesperson for a thorough explanation of such variations while making your color and material selections.

Making certain our craftsmen will be on your job at the right time helps us complete your project as quickly as possible. Once you authorize us to begin the work, we will make a project plan that executes the work as smoothly and efficiently as is humanly possible. In order for us to be effective, we need your cooperation.

We're careful & responsible

The nature of our work means we must have access to your home. When we promise a worker at your house on a Tuesday, we mean sometime Tuesday, not at a specific time. We expect that you understand this and are not waiting around to let him in. In fact, we prefer to use a lock box that is secured on your door which allows us to come and go as needed. We are very careful about locking up and tidying up, leaving minimal mess for you to worry about. Our workers always take pride in the ultra professional reputation we have earned on the job since 1968.

Though everyone tries hard to avoid it, sometimes a delay occurs that is impossible to predict or avoid. If a family member is ill or cannot be disturbed, we may have to reschedule in order to work around his or her recovery. Sometimes we have a similar situation with a family emergency on our end. As part of the team, please be flexible enough to bend with problems if they occur on your project.

Sometimes, at the last minute, a worker must stay on another project an extra day due to a delay. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is a change in the work schedule.

We need some storage space

As our project partner, you also need to provide us with a secure, dry place to store your job related materials. Sometimes, we may leave tools overnight if we'll be back the next day. An area in the garage or basement is usually the ideal location.
